Snapshots from Italy: Making Burrata, the Meta-Mozzarella, in Puglia

I had the most amazing burrata in a caprese salad at Pizzeria Mozza in Los Angeles. Soft and chewy and melts in your mouth. Now I am hooked! Does anybody know where I can buy it in the LA area?

Global Street Food Exhibit at Vitra Design Museum; Weil am Rhein, Germany

As I was scrolling the page down to the picture underneath the title, I immediately recognized the carts that populated the streets of Buenos Aires when I was growing up. And for nostalgic reasons, every time I find myself back there, I usually buy a cup of "mate cocido" off these carts.
