for those doubting Thomas' out there this oil-less fryer is fabulous!!! We have an oil and an infared and after using the oil-less one we will put the oil one on the back burner!!! absolutely No mess or havingto constantly watch tempurature...I always thought you couldn't beat a fried turkey until I ate one cooked oil-less.....even better!!!! No you can't do fries in it but how often do you fire up the turkey fryer just for fries????
