Cook the Book: 'New Classic Family Dinners'

I remember waking to the smell of cinnamon and a slight hint of baker's chocolate both mixed with the smell of cooking beef permeating the air on special winter days growing up. My parents would make Cincinnati chili and the distinct aromas were, and still are, so very comforting.
