I am making some hors d'oeuvre and wanted to know how far in advance I can prepare the fillings. For example sausage stuffed mushrooms.. if i want to cook the sausage and make the mixture, but not stuff, when can I? Or a butternut squash, leek and porcini filling for mini turnovers? And lastly how soon can i make a tomato-basil dip (not dairy based, evoo)?
