NY Style pizza dough
I just tried the NY Style dough and ended up with soup
22.5 oz flour
15 oz water
11/2T sugar
1 T salt
2 t yeast 3 T olive oil
Any suggestions?

I used a digital scale for the flour and water. Other ingredients were measures in Tbs or tsp. Mixed all dry ingredients first, then added water and oil. I use King Arthur AP flour. I am an experienced baker so am quite familiar with slack doughs. This was soup. I went back and tried doubling the recipe and and got a very slack dough, but it worked.
