Elevation Burger?
Compared to what you can in NYC, yeah, they aren't all that. And it gets a demerit because of the inability to add bacon. But they aren't as bad as the people above are making it to seem...at least the one in Montclair, NJ is good. Again, not earth shattering but still pretty good.
The Best Barbecue Pork Ribs in Manhattan
no surprise here. Daisy May has consistently the best BBQ in NYC. The half hog was a lot of fun (we had it for my friend's bachelor party), the chili is the best I've ever had and the ribs are great too. The photo of Dinosaur's ribs look like they were grilled to death - not smoked.
A Beginner's Guide to Soft Shell Crabs
I thought soft shell crabs were a "Spring" dish more so than a summer dish. No mention that they are typically of the blue claw variety...
