We just went here on the past Saturday. My wife, who is Korean, says its the best jjajangmyeon she has had in a long time. And the fried Mandoo rocked.

Dario Cecchini, The Famed Butcher of Panzano

My wife and I ate at his place in Panzano. Was one of the best experiences during our trip in Tuscany. Worth the visit for just for the free samples at the butcher shop. He is quite a character when you get to talk to him. Also, his own grappa is some of the strongest I have ever had.
