Acorn squash. I cut it in half, bake open side down until almost done, turn over, add butter, maple syrup and some cinnamon and bake a little more til bubbly. Yum!

Oh! I guess some food to go with it: Steak, shrimp scampi, assorted cheeses and a big salad with blue cheese dressing. For dessert, fresh berries with whipped cream.
