Coworkers and food smells
Instead of spraying cans of deodorizer in the air, clean the microwave instead. Put a wet cloth with some lemon juice on it and microwave for 1 minute.
Will remove the burnt smell and freshen the air without the CANS. Will also save your lungs from all the propellants.

What I do, instead of eating a full portion of things, is to just have 2 bites of all the sides. Otherwise, I would be a BIG girl

I make all my sides two days before except the stuffing which I do the day before so it can be completely chilled. Choose sides that can handle that sort of thing, ie, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole that you just prep-finish cooking with turkey. Everything will come out great!! I do it all the time!!

I used to be a terrible speed eater. However, I took to counting my chews - should be 20 for each bite. It helped trememdously and your stomach has tiime to know it's full.
