Mexican Picadillo
A Mexican one pot meal known as picadillo. It's minced meat with vegetables, and great spices. Perfect with rice, but also great with tacos, enchiladas, or empanadas.
My passion is cooking for family, friends, and those in between. My philosophy is that if the food is good, eat it, and eat it in moderation, life is just too short.
I like to chop onions the most.
Turkey, of course.
I prefer pan seared.
My ideal burger is cooked on the flat top, generously seasoned with salt and pepper, seared and caramelized. Topped with american cheese and caramelized onions.
Milwaukee brats, in my opinion, are not allowed to have ketchup, mushrooms of all things. Seriously, this brat represents Milwaukee? I don't think so.
I like to serve it with a soft brie cheese, a sprinkle of good olive oil, and a bit of cracked black pepper.

I have a few different ones, but I always use a bit of red wine, pinch of cinnamon, and recently used black refried bean (typically I use kidney beans), added a really killer flavor and texture.
