Yep, they lost us as customers several years ago when they first moved into our neighborhood because of this, there was a special they were promoting with "unlimited toppings" and proceeded to tell us there was the max of 5 toppings......what bull**** We've never dealt with them since.
We took your comments to heart at the PJ Ohio franchise and have begun promoting this special as 3 Medium Specialty or up to 5 Topping pizzas. We originally used Unlimted up to 5 and are sorry that it was viewed negatively. Our reason for limiting toppings is that once you get a high number of toppings the product no longer cooks properly and falls apart under the weight. We were trying to keep up the quality and now see that the wording is misleading. Sorry from PJ Ohio. :-)
