Wow. Even though it's cold out and salad generally doesn't appeal to me in the Winter THIS is something I'll have to try. Rich and satisfying-looking!
My favorite cut is London Broil because I can cook it so many ways and my kids always think it is the best, however I cook it.
Uh, yum. A meal like this makes me think of the springtime. Can't wait to try it, but I think mine will be made with tuna.

Crispy, but not so much that it breaks apart when you bite it and before it all gets in your mouth. Also, bacon wrapped around ANYTHING is the best!
