My favorite memory is my brother bringing me to White Mana in Jersey City when I was about 10 years old. At that age I was “anti-onion”. After my burgers were made I said to the dude manning the grill. “Ummm…I didn’t want onions”. His response (while wearing a wife beater and waving a spatula), “Why didn’t you tell me you didn’t want fucking onions?”. Scared the living crap out of me….great burger nonetheless. Hackensack is better though. Cheers.

I agree with the weighing every day. I lost about 20lbs last year and have kept it off by weighing myself each day. By weighing myself each day I find motivation to work out if I see I’m 3lbs over my usual weight. Yes, this could mean water retention however I then switch to healthy eating mode, do some cardio and hit the weights. I never understood the “Don’t weigh yourself EVERYDAY!!”.
