Hi. Thanks for the reply. I want to know the recommended grill temperature to set when grilling a typical patty (1 inch) and the time required to achieve a nice well-done cook.

I know this is not exact science but assuming that i dont have time to experiment (preparing a party) I appreciate sharing of experience here.
