I am trying to compile a comprehensive list of locations that have Clover machine in place and collect as many recipes as possible. All the data is for public use, just to keep the Clover community going. I started with locations and have quite a few now. I am proud to live in what looks like the only spot in doxie with a clover. I tried seom coffee from the place java joe's that has the clover. It was good, but not life changing. Then again, I am not a coffee snob, generally drinking maxwell house from a mr. coffee, so what do i know?

Meh. If a coffee house wants to spend over 10k on a coffee-making machine, it's their margin. I'd be just as happy to find a map that shows coffee houses that use a $20 french press, well-sourced fresh roasted beans and a quality grinder.

I had a Clover cup at Ritual in SF, and while it was fun to watch, it wasn't the best cup of coffee- kind of gritty. Maybe she did it wrong? Or maybe my palate is just not nuanced enough to appreciate it. Looking forward to trying the Siphon thing though!

The best cup of coffee I ever had was from a clover at stumptown, but that's because stumptown sources (and does a great job roasting) the best single origin coffee available. I don't think starbucks has the chops to make it work.
