So what are the best NYC rstaurant / bakery cookbooks? I've all the Baked ones, Frankie Spuntino, and Edible Brooklyn... Other suggestions?

I've been at university in the north of the UK for nearly 3 years and haven't been home to Brooklyn once. My mom has finally given in and decided to send me a care package. Now, with all the choices before me, I'm lost. I'll eat just about anything (though pumpkin-flavoured things and chocolate chip cookies are my favourite), so there really aren't restrictions past the ones from customs (e.g. meat, fruit, dairy, etc.). She'll vacuum seal anything that's fresh. So, suggestions (as I trust you guys to have some great ideas)? Thanks in advance.
