I've always been a conscious eater - I believe in a well balanced meal w/ protein (meat/fish/tofu) + veggies + fruit. I shop at the greenmarket weekly - always looking for the best produce that are out. I eat 3-5 different types of fruit a day (usually in the morning). I love using fresh ingredients in my meals!
