Dinner Tonight: Roasted Italian Sausages with Grapes

I just love roasted red grapes. Tossed with olive oil and salt and roasted in a hot oven, they are great with pork chops or chicken breasts. I can taste the smooth sweetness of the grapes complementing perfectly the spiciness of the sausage. I'll definitely make this on the weekend. Thanks.

For lunch today I grilled a sandwhich of buttery multigrain bread spread with goat cheese and Dalmatian fig preserves. Yum.

Cooking with a Friend: Cassoulet and Kale Chips

I enjoy following your posts. As a former personal chef, this is the type of cooking I did for my clients. I would cook several meals at one time for them in their homes; package them in portions for two or four; and store them in their fridge or freezer for them to eat throughout the week. Having homemade food ready to go on a work night is great for you both, and you have the bonus of spending time together. Sounds like fun.

Look, all of us want more blog traffic, and there is no way we can read all of our collective blogs, but we should really make an effort to check out at least other 5 SE's blogs if we post our own in this thread --after all, not fair to 'shill' if you don't help others out!

So wonderful to have so many fellow writers! I actually have two blogs to share. One is my personal blog: www.thedilettantista.wordpress.com which covers, well, EVERYTHING, cooking, restaurants, movies, etc. I started it this summer when I was living in New York City for an internship, so it is especially heavy on NYC eating.

I am also a contributing writer to Carpe Durham, a food blog that focuses on eating in Durham, North Carolina. The blog was started a few years ago by Duke law students, and I am a newer writer. The blog is a great source if you live in the Triangle area!

@Madelyn -- KarmaFreeCooking is one of my favorite blogs! I love it. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into it.

While I'm at it, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you food bloggers. The time, effort, and enthusiasm you all put into your blogs delights, entertains, and educates the rest of us.

Thank you all!

Seriously Italian: Farfalle with Zucchini and Gorgonzola

Hey girls! Thanks so much....... the end result using Rondele [similar to Boursin I believe] with garlic/herb was delicious and this will indeed become a keeper! Very easy to make, as well as a very simple fresh taste. I otherwise followed Gina's recipe to the letter as I always do on the first run. That pasta water addition is an important point that should not be dismissed as well.
We had this recipe with Greek dry rubbed grilled pork tenderloin.......outstanding :)

Pine nuts occurred to me too, after I made this for the fourth time last night, and used yellow squash as well as zucchini. This is a great recipe from which to adapt, and a damn fine breakfast too.
