'Top Chef' Season 5, Finale: All Bets Are Off

i still wanted fabio to win. dang. im not that happy with the results.
and honestly, i rather enjoyed seasons 1-4 than season 5. and i agree id rather stephan win that hosea. stephan actually showed he was good the entire season, cocky or not. i wasnt exaclty impressed with hosea, just that richard was his sous for this eppie and that probably helped.

bah, fabio was the only reason i continued watching this.
im pretty miffed. id love to have seen the fabio in the finale.
thus said, its probably down to carla for the win.

ive not tried these.. ive made crispy chicken skins on my own before..
really yummy stuff.. just fatty.. and not good for you.. but absolutely mouth watering good.

Foodies Under Attack!

it might be funny to some degree.. but i think it can also cause offense to foodies who arent as described there. just people who love food, good food, food on its own.. what makes it interesting and all that stuff. the restaurant stuff and ambience etc just add to the experience.. although, there some people i know to be as described.. but that a rather rare few.. i think.. but im definitely sure im not that kind of foodie.

i love this. we make it at home.. the color is a bit lighter on this one that what i usually have. but everyone has their own way of cooking this.
filipino cooking doesnt look that great mostly. but the taste is great. thats a thing that has been a problem way back when.

its mostly garlic, cheese and asian condiments (soy, chili paste, sesame oil etc)... the thing that always get wasted is cream/milk and fresh greens and herbs that die on me..
