I love new york strip!
I like dark by itself or with mint. I like creamy with nuts or caramel! Ah...chocolate!
Crispy, but not black.
On sourdough or whole wheat, The best ham, swiss cheese, mayo(the real stuff), and Grey Poupon. I also like those long slices of dill pickle and plum tomato sliced thin.

I learned to cook from watching my ex-husband. My mom isn't much of a a cook.
