Grilled Chocolate Sammies
In addition to the chocolate you need:
4 slices of good quality sourdough
1oz.or more unsalted butter
Chop the chocolate. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Coat one side of each slice with butter. Distribute the chocolate between two slices. Top with additional. Turn heat down to medium low. Cover and grill to golden brown on both sides and chocolate is melted. Climb into bed with sammies, bottle of wine, and honey pie.
Help! Gummy bottom pie crust
Rest the dough. Shrinking and/or soggy crusts are often the result of dough that’s not given a conditioning period. Resting in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes or more before rolling it out is ideal.
Roll quickly and efficiently. Short on handling means long on flakes.
Rest it again. For an easily removable crust, lightly grease the pie pan. After the dough has been rolled and fitted into the pie pan, let it rest in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
To keep the fruit from saturating the crust, brush an egg white over the bottom and let it set for several minutes before adding the filling. Setting the pie on a baking sheet also helps prevent soggy bottoms.

@Katy66: Pigall's has been closed since February 27th, at which time Chef Jean-Robert de Cavel severed ties with his former business partner as well as all of the restaurants you mentioned. He is not currently the chef of a restaurant, but in a teaching capacity at Midwest Culinary Institute. Quality & service at both JeanRo Bistro and Lavomatic have slid seriously downhill since his February departure.
To all: Obviously, not a comprehensive list, but just a guideline to serious eating in Cincinnati. As we all know, there are so many more!
