Yes, you can freeze pork. With leaner cuts, like loin, you might notice a little texture difference. Freeze in as large a portion as possible (and practical) to reduce surface area that can freezer burn. Anything with a sauce, like a stew or bbq pulled pork, chill so the sauce slightly solidifies, then carefully turn out into plastic wrap or zip-top bag. Squeeze out as much air as possible, then freeze. And yeah pjracz, I find that high-fat items like bacon or sausage freeze really well. I keep a small container of cooked, chopped bacon in the freezer at all times to use for seasoning vegetables. Or for a snack.

Pork freezes beautifully! Much better than chicken or beef, in my opinion...
