@Traveller Which crust is that?
@Adam great thoughts there - strange toppings are one thing but I really love the variety in doughs and constructions you can get - like the first one mentioned, just got me wondering. Over here (UK) its pretty much all Nepolitian with different toppings.
Can you get it wrong if it tastes good? :-) Plus one of the great things about pizza I truly think is in how its eaten - the drama in the food so having different quirks makes it personal.
