A champagne cocktail involving St Germain, a fresh lightly salted bagel, smoked salmon, and light cream cheese with a hint of dill. Side of turkey bacon too, please. Magnifique!
Sugar Rush: Patsy's Tiramisu
Best tiramisu I've encountered as of late would be Tre in the Lower East Side followed by Destino in Midtown East. Others I've found pretty to not be particularly memorable.

Last bite on earth: Chocolate covered in chocolate, with a side of chocolate bacon. Mmmm.
I'm partial to cinnamon raisin, but once had an amazing dark chocolate and cherry bread (might even be able to replicate it if I had this wonderful thing!)
