Seriously Italian: Spaghetti All'Ubriaco
The restaurant is Osteria De Benci. It is very touristy and I did not find the staff or service remotely welcoming or warm - almost rude, and we speak Italian and have traveled extensively through Italy. I had this pasta and it was just okay, nothing special, but everyone has their own palate and favorites. I would not make any special trip for this restaurant or dish.

Great review! I can't wait to try the burger, I have never eaten there and will now have to make a visit thanks to your fine prose and Robin's amazing as usual photos. The fried duck livers intrigued me, are they like chicken livers or do they taste like foie gras? I understand that this must not be the type of duck liver specifically harvested as foie gras, but do they have the richness of duck liver that is superior to the chicken liver or are they just similar to a fried chicken liver?
