The chicken salad sandwich from the Town Landing in Falmouth, Maine. My husband, then boyfriend, introduced me to this when we were dating. I absolutely love it, don't know what they add to the mayo mixture but it is so yummy!! It's an excellent standby when you don't feel like cooking.

Cook the Book: 'Sarabeth's Bakery'

Roadtrip Maine to South Carolina- where to stop for food

Looks like we have plenty of barbecue to enjoy. Any advice on places with sweet things, coffee? Is frozen yogurt big down south? I see it mentioned a lot on blogs from charleston, we have none up here in Maine. Thanks :-)

I have given to a few friends that are gluten intolerant the book Gluten Free & Easy and they seemed to really like it. Lots of good recipes! Highly recommend it.

Roadtrip Maine to South Carolina- where to stop for food

Hi, We are going on a roadtrip honeymoon at the end of July from Yarmouth Maine to Charleston South Carolina. Wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for any delicious pit stops along the way. Also any advice on places to eat in Charleston would be great. We love trying new foods, love southern food. Looking for unique places that we wouldn't have up here in Maine. Look forward to checking out more Trader Joes, Great Harvest Bakeries, boudin, low country boils, etc.
Thanks!
