But do any LA deli's hand carve their pastrami? No matter how good the meat is, the slicing method can play just as much of a role in sandwich quality.
Anyone have any recommendations? I just need the turkey, nothing else. Jive Turkey was recommended, and I just saw that Hill Country does a pit-smoked turkey for $90. However, my experience with smoked turkey is that it can be rather dry.

I love corned beef hash, but most places that have it on their menu in NYC serve the canned stuff. Does anyone know of good home made corned beef hash with bonus points for LES or East Village?

We just moved to the neighborhood on Dean between 6th and Carlton. This is fantastic! Question - any more delivery suggestion besides Born Thai? We probably order delivery 3-5 days per week. Also, I'll trade my dog to anyone who can recommend a good chicken parm dinner? We used to live in the LES and are seriously missing Frank on delivery.
