My perfect fried egg sandwich:
Egg fried in butter, runny yolk, little salt and pepper. Lightly toasted sourdough bread with mayo. A little cheddar on top. It's a delicious mess.

About: I've loved cooking since I was like 5. Stopped watching Sesame Street in favor of Yan Can Cook and Julia Child. Almost went to cooking school, went into medical technology instead. I like experimenting at home.
Favorite foods: Fav's that I make myself: Lemon Poppy Seed Scones, Turkey Tortilla soup, I make a mean peanut sauce, and I absolutely love blood oranges.. made blood orange curd for the scones one time.. delish.
Last bite on earth: probably chocolate. I love chocolate so much. I wish it were easier to find milk chocolate bars with cocoa nibs.
Once it starts turning brown and gettting spotty it goes to bread. I really don't think I could eat the overripe bits otherwise.
