I really like Sunflower Market for the amazing fresh produce and open-air feel and good bargains. I also like Vitamin Cottage for their extensive bulk section ~ great deals on bulk spices, snacks and grains, etc. Edge to the Sunflower Market though.

It has to be confidence, as someone already mentioned above. I would say confidence at such a level that borders arrogance, but still willing to be flexible, able to take constructive criticism and change and grow at whatever level you are at.
