Did you do any research at all for this? Organic Valley sells both UHT and HTST milk as a 15-second Google search revealed, and is a farm cooperative. Oh, and Horizon Organic also sells both UHT and HTST....all 1/2 gallon cartons of either will be labeled "Ultra-Pasteurized" if they are UHT.

This is not to say I don't support local products; in fact I have NYMilk in my fridge right now. I just don't support shoddy research!

@seriousb: Di Fara makes really great pizza, both the round and the sicilian pie. The price and hygiene are not really an issue for me (for some they might be); the line is a very big deal for me. I recommend trying it, but planning to visit on some off-hours time during the week when the line will be much shorter or nonexistent.

Otherwise, look at it this way: the DiFara hype has been around for long enough that the anti-hype backlash should be settling down.
