should a toothpick be wet in the middle of pie and dry around the edges when i check the pie? or is the jiggly method the way to go?

french feta cheese crumbled, tender crisped boiled (fresh) green beans, diced red onion, chopped (fresh) dill, italian dressing. mix all together. serve chilled. all ingredient amounts done to taste. i like extra feta. easy and filling.
