Making a Turducken - Where to buy meat?

Thanks, I'll look into it. I know there are a lot of new butcher shops in the Williamsburg area and I was hoping for a few suggestions.

I saw it for the first time on her show, and I'm going to use her recipe.

Making a Turducken - Where to buy meat?

So my friend and I are throwing a dinner party and we are going to tackle Paula Deen's Turducken recipe (whole boneless duck wrapped inside whole boneless chicken, wrapped inside whole turkey with layers of stuffing in between).

I'm wondering where I can a) buy all three of these birds and b) possibly have them de-boned, so that will be one less thing we can screw up.

I live in Williamsburg and she is in Red Hook, so something in either of those areas would be best.

Thanks!

Where should I eat tonight?

I work in Midtown East and live in Williamsburg, so I'm looking for somwhere in either of those two neighborhoods or somewhere in between.

Ok, I don't want to spend an arm and a leg, but I do want to go someplace nice, maybe new or popular. I'm open to the type of cuisine. Oh, but they can't turn their nose up at someone coming in to eat alone.

Suggestions?
