If I had the chance to have dinner with one of my favorites it would be either Oprah or Jay Leno they are the two people I could enjoy having a Italian dinner with and talking about most anything that came up, they both are easy people to talk to and be around.

My Mother taught me to cook when my father became very ill and she had to go to work for our family, at the age of 8, I learned to cook whole meal for the family so my Mother could come home to a hot healthy meal.
