Restaurant recommendation for Wilmington/Newark, Delaware?
Hope this isn't too late -- the arts festival has been postponed until next weekend because of Hanna.

I haven't met a cut I don't like...
I liked mayo (not Miracle Whip) and iceburg lettuce sandwiches on white bread. Also butter on saltine crackers.
I live in Delaware, so when I see "shore food", I think NJ. But my favorite seaside food comes from Capt. Bill's Restaurant in Morehead City, NC. Served right on the water, surrounded by seagulls and hungry cats, the food is fresh off the boat. I like the fried fish dinner -- and the hush puppies are wonderful. That's one thing the north needs to adopt: hush puppies. Wish I was there right now.

And it's ... PATTYCHO. Someone from Serious Eats will be contacting you shortly for shipping info.
PORTERHOUSE ALL THE WAY-OOOOOHH!
It's got to be a Ribeye!
Filet mignon, rare. Yum.
I would have to say that Porterhouse of T-bone are my all-time favorites. They are the best for grilling or broiling and if cooked a perfect medium rare, are unsurpassed in flavor!
