On the strength of your recommendation we purchased a case of each of the mixes to offer our customers and some bulk items also for use in our restaurant. The multigrain bread is indeed both tasty and hearty. It stands up well to the panini press and makes a great sandwich. Our customers, even those who have no gluten restrictions, love it.

Dinner Tonight: Skirt Steak with Homemade Steak Sauce

Tried this sauce today and used NY strip steak sliced on a sandwich with freshly made sourdough rolls and a little onion/roasted red pepper garnish. Served this with hash browns from roasted Yukon gold and sweet potatoes. Just a touch of this sauce on the sandwich worked well.
