Where to Get Deep Dish Pizza in NYC? Not at L'asso
It's L'asso not L'Asso. They just started doing the deep dish, i had both kinds on wed and they were more than enough food for 6 ppl. It maybe a work in progress but it's great and i guess it can only get better. and if you're looking for deep dish in new york and don't go to L'asso i guess you cant go anywhere? or pizzaria Uno is what your suggesting? or go to queens? Anyway it seems they are doing New York Deep Dish and making it their own. Which seems more interesting than another thin crust pizza topping.

A bad shill? I mentioned tonno's and l'asso in a post like a year ago. I'm a pizza insider for sure. haha. i live by little frankies and am always there or at l'asso hanging out because it's fun there during the day. esny there's no almonds on that pizza i dont think.
i was just saying that i was there with a group. we all tried out the deep dish. we thought it was good. it definitely was nowhere near bad. we gave some notes to the waitress. i had the supreme one with sausage.
i'm not trying to be defensive i just think everyone can be such a hater sometimes and it's easy to be a hater. i'm happy that they do deep dish and they'll probably end up nailing it sooner or later
