What is calorie a measure of? There are some foods I like high in calorie but all natural----there are some diets that will make you count calories and some others that will just make you avoid certain food groups... does calories really matter?
I cooked using wild rice tempeh the other day--- I was skeptical of tempeh before. I did not think that it would taste like it did-- but I was pleasantly surprised. I used to it in a stir-fry-- does anyone have other tempeh recipes---??
It is allergy season and I tend to not to enjoy what I cook/eat--- I am not so sure what makes me feel better --- do certain foods trigger allergies in this season?
