Source for a Whole Smoked Turkey?

Would love to serve up a whole smoked turkey at this year's gathering. As a new mom, I'm hoping this bird delivers on taste but cuts down on some of the prep!

It would be nice if it had a few buzzwords to its name (organic, heritage breed, free range, etc) but really, any and all leads would be appreciated. Thanks!
