I love dark chocolate, especially those Valrhona Guanaja 70% feves.
How do I indulge in chocolate? Hohoho, it could be complicated as preparing a chocolate souffle (it's actually not that difficult), or as simple as popping the feves in my mouth, or anything in between, such as making chocolate-dipped strawberries.
Spinach, definitely spinach.
I hated all kinds of vegetables, especially spinach, when I was a kid. Now, spinach is one of my favorite foods, and it only ranks after chocolate, chocolate, and chocolate.
I got both the regular kind and the dark chocolate version (blue box) at Mitsuwa today. I found the milk choclate ones a bit too sweet for my Valrhona Guanaja-spoiled palate. The dark chocolate ones, however, are very good (even the biscuit stems are chocolate-coated).
