It was a great event and I think that more restaurants will be interested in next years battle. I will be there.
2 days is the longest I have gone. As the Burger Doctor it's my obligation to try new burgers all the time. 2 days? Yes that's a long time for me!
No question they are right on the Best Fast Food Burger.
I love that Red Robin won over Cheesecake factory. They are quire overrated for their burger (also too expensive).
McDonald's makes the best fries, period.
I am not sure about the Top Food (large chain). I still prefer Five Guys.
I am not a big Wendy's fan. I prefer Burger King of the 5 choices.
Just my 2 cents
I tried to make it last weekend and it was so good!

I am getting the Sous Vide Supreme right away. Love your articles.

Their bacon is to die for. This is one of the best burgers out there. See full review at http://burgerdoctor.com/wingfields-dallas-tx.html

All veggie roll with avocado, cucumber and carrots. Delish!
This is a lovely soup with mussels, fennel, onion and tomatoes. The broth is a fish broth.
Burger Doctor hasn't favorited a post yet.
I agree some of their burgers were quite fancy, but they managed to only add so much that the meat still was the star. The tomato jam (basically just ketchup that's reduced) was actually pretty good.
I'll be the first to admit that burgers shouldn't have too much stuff on them, but as long as the meat still shines through, I think it's okay to try new ingredients. Just my 2 cents.
