I moved to St. Louis 30 years ago. I have tried pizza from probably 20-30 states. I like the thin crust (why have more dough to pack on the pounds and get you fat?) Plus, the toppings are always fresh and REAL meat and veggies!!! No frozen crap here. As far as the provel -- mozz is great, but stringy and greasy. Provel is creamy and blends well with all the toppings. If you don't like it, why eat it? Just let all of us Imo's lovers be and go your merry way! Buy your $5.00 "doughballs" and be happy (albeit a bit heavier!)
