I love pork products, especially bacon. I can remember my Dad raising a couple of pigs every year, to feed our family, when I was young and we lived on a farm. The roast pork always tasted so good, with baked potatoes and homemade gravy.

I craved dill pickles when I was pregnant, for some reason. And after my daughter was born, I didn't want to eat them at all anymore. It's funny the cravings you get when your pregnant.

I'm not much of a seafood eater, but I do like fresh perch, or haddock, that is battered and fried in butter and served with homemade fries and coleslaw.

We always have bacon and eggs together on Sunday morning, since this is the only day were all together at breakfast time and have the time to cook a big breakfast.

In the winter, it's usually a big plate of homemade spaghetti with sauce, served with garlic bread and a salad and in the summer, it's a big plate of chef salad, with fresh vegetables and hard cooked eggs and strips of ham or chicken. Thanks for having the contest!

We love anything made of pork, bacon, pork chops or roast pork and of course ham, they are all our favorites. We always have a ham for Christmas dinner and Easter, it's the highlight of the meal and one of our favorites! Thanks for having the contest and Happy Holidays!
