i have to second esun819 and say nanzhou noodle house! i LOVE that place. delicious.
and i'll have to add solo skewer bar, at 50 North 10th St in Chinatown. they sell a bunch of different skewers and if you've ever had the lamb skewers in china, they taste pretty close!
