...the best cornbread is baked at home using my Grandmother's cast iron skillet; as for the recipe, this remains a tightly held secret !!!
...I prep a week's worth of fresh vegetables (i.e. washed, chopped, etc.) for cooking each weekend after my trip to the local farmer's market.
...a mixed green salad with lots of peppers, onions, red kidney beans, carrots, red cabbage, etc.
...a tasty meatloaf, as per Martha's exacting instructions !!!
...all hail "Captain Bacon" !!!
