You didn't miss much as far as salsa goes.The public did not vote on the individual salsa's.It sure would have been nice to try them.All the so called professional salsa,s were average at their best.Some of the music was good.The people were great.It was a little disorganized.Other than the way the individual salsa's were judged,i enjoyed it.I will not enter the individual competition again if it is not judged by the public.At $20.00 a bottle to enter,the price was a little steep.How can 20 or 30 people judge 600+ salsa's or hot sauces without being affected by the sheer number of sauces?Have a great day!
