unfortunately my favorite burger place is in california and las vegas - fat burger.
and i live in nyc.

would love to try it
chinatown makes a pretty good possibly stamed duck
moist, not too salty
subtle

just about anything from russ & daughters is my favorite brunch.
especially when it's a holiday gift.

a good thick home-made tomato sauce
you can cheat with canned whole or crushed tomatoes but the rest has to be your ingredients
and sauce must be cooked a long time to meld
