Although I am a chocoholic this is the time of year the peeps come out. Of course now they come out at different holidays, I only eat them at Easter. Silly. I know. But sometimes food (even junk food) is more special if it is saved for a special time.
I make ham and all the fixin's for my family, but In a drawer in my kitchen is a box of peeps. Don't tell, I'm keeping them for myself.
My favorite chocolate dessert is a chocolate pudding cake I make. It is so delicious. The cake is so moist and the pudding is more like melted chocolate. Mmm, I think I go in the kitchen. See you later.

My favorite Easter (or any holiday, really) food is my mom's cheese potato casserole.
Chocolate. (We have either ham or turkey, whichever we have not had most recently. Never lamb, which my family won't eat.)
My family likes ham on Easter so I never get what I want: Roast Lamb with Mint Jelly.
