I'm all for healthier alternatives, and if the same people who do the banning do the organizing and have some affordable healthy places open up, that's great. That being said, I would have freaked out if someone tried to take away my Pizza Hut lunch buffet when I was in school. Jerks.

First of all, great writing in this article. I really like the way Kerry describes this recipe. Very refreshing, straightforward and funny.

Secondly, I love this meal as an example of combining some of the most delicious, healthy items out there into one amazing meal that is jam-packed with nutrients. Lentils de Puy are also excellent drizzled with walnut oil and sprinked with goat cheese. Yum!
