Sporks Are So Retro: Knorks Are Cutting-Edge

The guy who makes these contacted us a few years back about building him a website. We didn't end up taking the job, but we did buy a set of knorks, and they're our favorite utensils to use.

The edge isn't really sharp -- it's mostly the weight of the fork plus the flat edge that gives you good leverage that makes it cut better than a regular fork. I wouldn't use it on a steak, but for a lot of meals it does eliminate the need for a knife.

Seriously Delicious Holiday Giveaway: Southside Market Sausage

Brad's BBQ is probably the best where I live (Yukon, OK). Venturing further out, County Line in OKC and Jake's Rib in Chickasha (also in Bricktown) are both excellent.

Just noticed leegweb mentioned Van's -- also very good.
