ive lived here for 10 yrs-- totally agree with first comment about BEST PIZZA and LaNona. tho Driggs grandma slice is pretty good, and anamaria is great for drunken late night nosh... their specialty slices anyway. plain slice is pretty bogus

Williamsburg's Best Pizza Walks the Walk

im a self-proclaimed pizza nerd myself and ive tried all 3. while the regular and white were good...(def better than most) the grandma is amazing-- it doesnt look like anything too special but its super tasty-- i cant imagine ill be ordering anything but from there in the future. the grandma is $4 a slice tho (youch!) but being as good as it is-- ill glady spend that again.

their regular slices are passable... nothing great. the specialty slices are usually pretty good tho (chicken caesar salad excluded im guessing) and there are always about 15-20 specialty pies fresh and ready to go at any given time... especially late night

My McDonald's Shamrock Shake Journey: An Emotional Roller Coaster

it was def mint flavored at one point-- hopefully it still is... i do remember getting them and sometimes the green syrup that was pumped into em wouldnt be mixed thoughly... swirly even but unintentionally. i loved em as a kid too, but im sure back then they were at least a little closer to what youd expect to be in a milkshake (ice cream, milk.. etc..) these days its prob 100% chemicals and corn syrup...

yum!

The Popsie Mini Cheeeseburger at Snacky in Williamsburg

i love snacky!! popsies are great and the kimchee hotdog is addictive! also try the bun-less "mini hamburg steak" from BOZU (japanese) down the street.. its 3 burgers on a plate with mashed potatoes and some greens drizzled in this amazing dark brown ponzu sauce. i could eat it every day. (also the "spicy mclow bomb" (tuna sushi) is one of the best things ive eaten in williamsburg in the last 8 years)

Holy Guacamole! Calexico Cart Wins the Vendy Awards

sweet-- im a calexico addict from the first time i tried.

i remember that day well...
actually, i had already eaten lunch that day but saw the line of people and being the huge taco fan that i am, i had to try "their specialty" the carne asada.

i ordered simply one little taco just to taste it... the dude said-- "its on the house, friday discount!" i thought, "that was nice of them... cool!" but then when i opened the bag there was not one taco but 2. double the order and none of the price.

thats good biz.
in true crack dealer fashion, they had me not only hooked like an addict
from that day forward, but also telling all my friends

CONGRATS guys!!!
